Do you know that cholesterol is actually important for our well-being? Most of the time we hear that cholesterol is bad for our health and that we should avoid it at all cost. In this event it is important that the individual monitor his food intake so as to restrict the consumption of cholesterol. However it is an excess of cholesterol in the blood that is harmful and can give rise to many cardiovascular disease.
