Exercising regularly is the other part of the puzzle to losing weight.  You simply have to make the choice to do it.  Exercising and working out are relatively easy to do whether it is at a local gym, lifting weights, running or walking on the treadmill, or joining a class for aerobics.  You can walk around your neighborhood in the morning before work.  You can buy an exercise dvd and follow it in your own living room.  Whatever your choice is, be consistent and you will be well on your way to reaching your weight loss goals.
