Choosing a Diet Pill

Many people fail to lose weight just because they’ve chosen an improper diet pill.  In fact, the weight loss supplement that you choose makes all the difference between you and the dieters who do not succeed in losing weight.  So, here are some basics you need to navigate within the vast world of diet pills…

Appetite Suppressants

Appetite suppressants like Phentermine contain an active stimulatory ingredient to give you more energy, such as caffeine and other products are non-active or regulatory and do not contain any stimulatory ingredients.  These will not affect anything other than your appetite and are used strictly for hunger regulation. Other appetite suppressants regulate hormones in the brain to prevent the brain from thinking it is hungry. Hormonal suppressants are more complicated and though some claim that they are more effective, there has been little to suggest that they are more powerful.

Fat burners

A fat burner acts on the brain to regulate appetite and causes the release of certain brain chemicals that trigger the body’s “fight or flight” mechanism. Until 2004, fat burners usually contained ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin as their active ingredients. After the FDA banned the use of ephedrine in diet pills, some manufacturers began using herbal ephedra or Ma huang.  Unfortunately, combining the above fat burners may lead to high blood pressure, heart attacks, and strokes and most health professionals agree that the risks far outweigh any potential weight loss benefits.

Here are some questions to ask yourself before choosing a diet pill:

• Are you a snacker? If so, an appetite suppressant may he helpful in gaining an edge in your weight loss journey.

• Are you in need of a boost or an edge to get over plateau? If so, a fat burner may be appropriate for you.

• Is the pill you are choosing safe? Choose from research-backed and FDA approved diet pills for best results.

Relacore® Diet Pills

When purchasing any weight loss product, it is important to do your research. Many people are exchanging their opinions about Relacore on DietBlogTalk.com

For an additional source, check out Relacore on the very popular Sensational.com

OverviewStress is good for the body in a moderate amount. It’s natural and helps humans cope physically with potentially dangerous situations. But too much stress can do great harm. And when you’re dieting – though you may be losing weight – you may be doing more harm than good by putting your body through unnatural amounts of stress. Such strenuous dieting can actually lead to weight gain in the long run, which is obviously counteractive.Relacore® wants to help dieters with this vicious cycle. Supposedly, the supplement will reduce stress and contribute to the reduction of fat – especially in the belly, where we all want to lose it most. Ingredients at a GlanceFor some inexplicable reason, Relacore’s® website doesn’t go to the trouble of divulging the product’s ingredients. In our view, this is a serious oversight on the manufacturer’s part. Other sites have attributed the following ingredients to Relacore®: Magnolia Bark, Passion Flower, Scutellaria, Niacinamide, Panax Ginseng, Pinellia, Pioria, Jujoba, Perillia, and Phosphotidylserine.Ingredients in FocusThe following are of particular note:Magnolia Bark Extract has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for some time. The extract is often used as an anti-stress and anti-anxiety treatment, but lately it has gained popularity through the possibility of a connection between these functions and the reduction of Cortisol, the body’s primary stress hormone. As Cortisol has been associated with obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, memory problems, and suppressed immunity, Magnolia Bark Extract has become more useful.Niacinamide is a water-soluble vitamin in the vitamin B group. It may function as an anti-inflammatory.Panax Ginseng is a plant associated with eastern Asia, and it has been used traditionally as an adaptogen, aphrodisiac, and stimulant. These traditional uses remain controversial in light of more recent medical technologies. However, Ginseng is being tested and is thought to possibly have anticarcinogenic and antioxidant properties. Positives•    May reduce stress.Negatives•    Product website is unhelpful.•    Does not stand out among other anti-stress diet pills.Final ThoughtsRelacore® can claim all day long to be the number one anti-stress belly fat reducer. But in the end, there are too many other supplements just like it. We recommend eating well, exercising regularly, and taking a fat burner that will help to burn away excess belly fat. also look for a weight loss supplement that will aid in controling the appetite. Stress reduction is, of course, desirable, but it may be up to you, and not a bottle of pills.

Thermadrol Is An Extreme Weight Loss Supplement

When purchasing any weight loss product, it is important to do your research. Many people are exchanging their opinions about Thermadrol on busyfitnesspro.com.

For an additional source, check out Thermadrol on the very popular Sensational.com

Overview

Some weight loss products “pick their shots” and aim to only include what is necessary to promote progress among users. Others take the opposite approach and throw everything but the kitchen sink at people. Thermadrol is a supplement which takes the latter approach.  Here is a closer look.

Ingredients at a Glance

Naming all of the 21 ingredients in this pill would be tedious. The most notable include caffeine, bitter orange, hoodia gordonii and hydroxycitric-acid (HCA).Ingredients in FocusCaffeine is a stimulant which may provide some fat-burning benefits. Yet this substance’s effects on the nervous system make it a less-than optimal fat burning option. This is especially in light of the fact that Thermadrol contains another fat-burning stimulant known as bitter orange.

On its own, Bitter Orange is a fine fat-burner and highly prized for its weight loss properties as it contains some of the same alkaloids found in Ephedra without the dangers. However, it is an ingredient that should be used as alone and not mixed with caffeine, which is associated with the jitters, insomnia and elevated heart rate.

Neither of these substances are safe for pregnant and lactating mothers or for people who use certain pharmaceuticals.  Hoodia gordonii is a plant native to Southern Africa. Because it may be able to provide appetite suppression, many people have flocked to this substance. That’s why dieters must be sure that they verify that the hoodia they are purchasing is real and pure. Thermadrol apparently offers none of this sort of certification.HCA is a substance which may be able to promote fat reduction but which may cause certain negative side effects among clinically-tested animals.

Positives

•    May increase fat burning potential

•    May provide appetite suppressionNegatives

•    Utilizes caffeine and multiple stimulants

•    No hoodia certification located

•    Long list of ingredients

•    No free trial offered

Final Thoughts

Some people feel that more really is better. In some cases, this may be true. However, when it comes to weight loss supplements, what is most important is that manufacturers combine only the necessary ingredients. While Thermadrol may aim to provide both fat burning support and appetite control it does so through the use of multiple stimulants and an unnecessarily long list of ingredients. Luckily for dieters there are a number of fat-burning, appetite-suppressing products which take the less-is-more approach. This sort of product should be used as a tool to augment one’s own efforts toward healthy nutrition and regular exercise habits. These personal disciplines are essential for really making headway in the pursuit of weight loss. Be sure to drink lots of water to cleanse your body and keep it hydrated.

Zotrim Study Proof

Weight Loss Information: -

Zotrim has been independently investigated in five studies.

In summary, the 223 subjects that took Zotrim lost an average of 0.7 kg (1.5 lb) per each 10-day period.

In the key study1 47 overweight subjects took either Zotrim tablet or a placebo (dummy tablet) for 45 days.

Those taking Zotrim lost an average of 5.1 kg (11.2 lbs) whereas those taking placebo lost just 0.3 kg (0.7 lb).

In a shorter, placebo-controlled study1 with 44 overweight subjects, those taking Zotrim lost an average of 0.8 kg (1.8 lb) versus 0.3 kg (0.7 lb) for placebo over 10 days.

In three further ‘open’ label studies average weight-loss was:

• 2.3 kg over 28 days in 48 subjects wishing to loss weight2
• 1.8 kg over 28 days in 56 overweight women3
• 2.3 kg over 42 days in 73 overweight healthcare professionals4

In the most recent study4 it was reported that over the relatively short period of 42 days that 22% of subjects achieved a clinically significant loss of weight, equal to >5% of original body weight!

Weight Loss Management Data: -

A key success factor of any weight–loss regime is whether the weight loss is maintained or whether the weight lost is rapidly regained (the “yo-yo” effect’).

Zotrim has been shown to give lasting weight loss results:

23 subjects who had lost weight with Zotrim were studied for a further 12 months and instructed to take Zotrim again if they gained more than 1 kg1.

The group had almost the same average weight (72.5 kg) at the end of the 12 months as at the start (73kg)!

This demonstrates the effectiveness of Zotrim in weight loss management!

Slimmer Waistline Data: -

A slimmer waistline is a key objective of most dieters, but it is also increasingly used as an important indicator of risk of diseases such as heart disease with advice that men should have a waist measurement of less that 37cm and women less than 32 cm.

Two of the ‘open’ label studies with Zotrim investigated ‘waistline loss’

• 4.3 cm average waistline loss was achieved in 56 overweight women in 28 days3.
• 3.6 cm average waistline loss and 3.7 cm average hip measurement loss was achieved in 73 healthcare professionals over 42 days4.

Zotrim therefore helps users get into ‘great shape’.

Eating Control Data: -

There is significant evidence that Zotrim helps you to both eat less during meals and to snack less between meals. Our feeling of fullness (satiety) is controlled by links between the brain, nervous system and gastro-intestinal tract.

This includes ‘satiety’ signals that indicate when we have eaten enough and should stop eating. For example, a hormone called cholecystokinin (CCK) is released into the blood as food is digested, acts on receptors in the brain, which then slows the rate of stomach emptying.

The initial evidence for an effect of Zotrim was on slowing the rate of stomach emptying1. Using ultrasound studies with 7 subjects who drank 400 ml apple juice, the stomach emptied much more slowly (average 58 minutes) after taking one dose of Zotrim compared to then taking a placebo tablet (emptying in 38 minutes).

This indicated that Zotrim, by slowing the rate of stomach emptying, should make us feel fuller longer and stop snacking between meals.

This was supported by a study with 20 subjects, 10 of which took Zotrim and 10 of which took placebo for 20 days5. In the last week they were asked to record time to fullness during meals.

Perception of fullness occurred much sooner when taking Zotrim, for example, at lunch the average time to perceived fullness was decreased from 21.5 minutes to 12 minutes!

Deep Diet Pills Review

When purchasing any weight loss product, it is important to do your research.

Many people are exchanging  their opinions all over the internet, it is important to get all of the facts!

Overview

There is no doubt that diet pill consumers have to be keen, informed and diligent. Too many product vendors are capitalizing on misled, naïve customers.

Deep Diet is yet another product which is said to provide “advanced” fat burning support. This review will discuss whether this is true, whether Deep Diet approaches the issue wisely, and whether fat burning support is enough to broadly address weight loss.

Ingredients at a glance Deep Diet relies on stimulants like ephedra, caffeine, and bitter orange as well as a substance called white willow bark.  Ingredients in Focus Ephedra, caffeine and bitter orange all have two things in common: increased fat burning potential and negative stimulant side effects.

Thus, the combination of all three of these ingredients in one pill is not only unnecessary, it is also potentially dangerous. This is especially true for people who are pregnant, lactating, or currently using certain medications.

We suggest looking for a product with just bitter orange for the best results in fat-burning.  White willow bark is best known as “nature’s aspirin.” The original source for salicylic acid (the primary compound in aspirin), this substance is a blood-thinning agent which should be taken with great care.   Its ties to weight loss seem to be unclear.

Positives·     May promote some fat burningNegatives·     Utilizes multiple stimulants·     Offers no appetite suppressant·     No free trial from the manufacturer·     Consumer reviews seem conflicting final thoughts that dieting should not be only about looking better. It should also be about becoming healthier. As such, dieters must search for a weight loss product which can provide essential dieting benefits in both a safe and effective manner.

As for Deep Diet, this product only offers fat burning support and it does so through the use of multiple stimulants. Products which safely increase thermogenesis (fat burning) as well as providing some means for appetite control are the type consumers should be looking for. Beyond this, each dieter must decide on his or her own methods for daily exercise and healthy eating habits. Always follow your doctor’s guidance in these matters and be sure to stick to whatever plan you settle on.
