Since ephedra is no longer available on the market, bitter orange is being promoted, even though it hasn’t shown any effect with weight loss. New research suggests that it has the same effects as ephedra did on the body. An unhealthy and unsafe weight loss dietary supplement, bitter orange has yet to be pulled from store shelves.
Guar gum and chitosan have been shown to be two very common but ineffective weight loss dietary supplements. Ingestion of these two dietary supplements for weight loss is not encouraged anymore. Their long term effects on the body are not known since neither of them has been studied or tested for that in particular. However, it has been shown that they do not contribute or help dieters to reduce appetite or lose weight.
St. John’s Wart and green tea are reportedly helpful in weight loss. When used together with diet and exercise both of these have proven to be effective weight loss dietary supplements. Green Tea can come as pills and patches if you would like a change from the traditional tea form.

On the other hand, for $9/months you can watch all the movies you like on Netflix.
But how many channels do you pay for? Hundreds? Does anyone watch them? Have a look at what you are actually paying for and get rid of all those channels you have no use for.

Of course driving less would be the the ultimate money-saver, but that is not always possible. If asking yourself “is this trip really necessary” every time you turn on the engine isn’t an option for you, comparing petrol prices instead of stopping by at your closest petrol station could save you a bundle.
10) Credit cards
You probably heard that one already many times, but if you if you keep using your credit card for every day shopping and in the end find yourself unable to repay it on time, no money-saving tips will ever help you. Most people keep using their credit cards only out of a habit. Think differently: close all your credit card accounts except for one and live on what you make! Or do you really enjoy paying the interest rate every time you pay with that piece of plastic?
