Buy Wii Fitness â Overview of What is in the Nintendo Wii Fitness Bundle
The latest fitness game from Nintendo is the Wii Fit, which gives you much more workout than Wii Sports, while remaining just as fun to play. The Nintendo Wii Fit does it with the help of a wireless balance board, that is shipped together with the game. There are 4 categories to choose from, with over 40 activities in them.
The 4 main categories are muscle conditioning, yoga, aerobics and balance games. There are also a few mini games to play, such as ski jumping, hula hooping and heading soccer balls.
Training
Included in the training is the assigning of the playerâs height to the profile, finding out the body mass index and monitoring the progress of the player and his statistics. Depending on these stats that are collected, the Wii Fit will give you tips on what to improve in different areas.
Mini Games
The hula hooping mini game is exactly what you would expect from it, moving your hips while a hoop shows up on your screen. As the game goes on, more hoops will be added to the game, until the time runs out and the game finishes.
With the skiing game you can practice by doing jumps as long as you can, while still keeping the balance while landing. If you lean forward, you will go faster, and the acceleration will continue for as long as you keep leaning.
When you play Football on the Wii, you get balanced on the board by moving to get the balls that are thrown at you, and you also try to avoid other objects that are thrown towards you.
The Wii Balance Board is a scale that make sure of the latest gyroscopic technology. Itâs white and slim and it measures how the playerâs balance modifies. It has pressure sensors inside, and itâs capable of detecting whether the player moves, leans or jumps during the action that takes place on the screen. The balance board can be used by any player, regardless of weight.
By burning calories, the effect of staying on the couch with the old consoles is cancelled, and it can be used as a way to stay thin or lose weight.

Wii Fit Yoga with the Balance Board
My favorite! I’ve done yoga and I’ve been into it for a long time. The word yoga derived from Sanskrit word “Yuj”, meaning to “unite”. It’s an ancient art that developes your breathing, general health concentration. With good practice and persistence you can achieve a moderate level in just a dozen years. Scared already? Well, the good news is – not anymore, thanks to Nintendo and the unique wii fit balance board.
The wii fit balance board will measure your center of balance and will tell you how well you are doing. There are many different poses starting from the easiest to the hardest. Nintendo named the poses a little bit freely but luckily you will see their real names. By the way poses in yoga are called “asans”, a good thing to know. I guess you can call them wii asans.
For the yoga sessions, you pick a wii fit trainer (male or female) to work with. The trainer shows you the asans and then you do them together. They are held usually up to 40 seconds. While you are doing the pose, graphics on the screen indicate your balance. Keep your TV at eye level so that you can see without turning your neck.
What kind of Yoga it would be without breathing exercises. Oh yes, the wii fit will guide you through the proper breathing routines. The exercises have a light blue circle that expands when you’re supposed to exhale and contracts when you’re supposed to inhale.
You have access to only four yoga poses when you first start the game: Deep Breathing, Half-Moon, Warrior, and Tree. Other poses are unlocked as you accumulate more minutes in your Fit Bank. Many of the final yoga poses are the last activities that you unlock in the entire game.

Wii Fit Aerobics – The Real Secret Behind Losing Weight With Wii Fit!
It’s been a while since Nintendo took over the world and brought two seemingly distant worlds together – that of the gamers and that of the health conscious ones. Since then the gamer’s idea of working out has been going to the fridge to take another coke.
Well, Wii Fit was the answer for many people. The balance board is the unique tool that lets you work out and have fun at the same time – something that had been impossible for most people. You can set you Wii Fit balance board in minutes and have your personal trainer on your TV. After that working out is all about fun.
Don’t get me wrong, there are some pretty tough competitions in Wii Fit and you will have to sweat a bit. This article is a quick Wii Fit review and especially the Wii Fit Aerobics.
Wii Fit Aerobics is the thing EVERYBODY buys Wii Fit for. And you should too! What is the single best thing that burns calories (hence FAT)? You guessed it – AEROBICS. Oh yeah, getting your heart pumping and your muscles burning, your blood flowing. Internet is literally flooded with real stories from real people losing weight with Wii Fit Aerobics. Now I don’t need to lose weight but recently I’ve been reading about a guy that lost 40 pounds in two months with the Wii Fit.
WARNING!!! Do not think this is the magic bullet and that you just need to jump a little on the balance board and voila – you are Brad Pitt. You would need to combine it with a healthy diet. Jumping on the board while eating Big Macs would not do it. Sorry to break it to you! In the resource section I will give you my personal favorites when it comes to dieting and healthy eating.
